YOUR TICKETS
Tickets are issued in electronic form which you can download and show at the door as a barcode on your mobile device or print out as you prefer.
We reserve the right to check that every member of the audience holds a valid ticket.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any of our venues (if the ticket holder is abusive, violent, intoxicated, or there is reason to believe other patrons’ comfort, enjoyment or safety may be affected), or to request any ticket-holder to leave and take any appropriate action to enforce this right. You will not be entitled to a refund.
Where you have allocated seats, we have the right to change them to others of equal value.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except where an event is cancelled OR, if a concert or event is sold out and there is a waiting list, we will endeavour to refund and resell tickets, however, we do not guarantee to do so.
If an event is cancelled by us, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price minus the booking fees and any other charges which we cannot recover.
If you cannot use your ticket for any reason, you may pass it on to someone else to use in your place.
We reserve the right to change the performance or cast in the event of illness or any other unavoidable cause.
Unlawful resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If we reasonably suspect that tickets have been purchased for unlawful resale, we may cancel the relevant tickets without any right to compensation or refund.
We try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your ticket purchase at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your ticket purchase. If we are unable to contact you, you may treat the ticket purchase as cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Ticket purchase contains the correct information. We are not responsible for correcting information which you have provided, however we will use all reasonable efforts to remedy errors where possible.
Tickets are issued via Tixly ticketing platform.
CANCELLATION
If a concert or event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you in good time of the cancellation.
Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular concert or event, if a concert or event is cancelled, you will be offered seats at the rescheduled event or concert (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled concert or event or the concert or event is not rescheduled, a refund of the ticket price.
HOUSEKEEPING
The use of mobile phones, cameras, pagers, lasers and any form of photography, video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the auditorium.
Once the house lights have gone down, latecomers will not be admitted into the auditorium until the interval or a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the ushers.
We may take photographs or recordings during your visit. By buying a ticket you consent to us using your image or voice for promotional purposes. If you would prefer to be excluded from this policy, please contact a member of the Wells Cathedral School Enterprises Team 01749 834483.
Management reserves the right to search guests and their bags for security purposes.
DATA PROTECTION
If you book tickets with us, we will hold your name, address and other personal data in our database, subject at all times to our Privacy Policy. If you wish to make any requests regarding your personal data, please email boxoffice@cedarshallwells.co.uk.
LIABILITY
Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to an Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Unless otherwise stated in this clause, our and the Event Organiser's liability to you in connection with the Event (including, but not limited to, in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or material change to the programme of the Event) shall be limited to the Ticket price paid by you.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) nor property howsoever caused at any of our venues.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle parked on Wells Cathedral School property
